1. Services
Gift Egbonyi ("I", "me") provides web design, development, SEO, content and AI automation services to clients ("you") on a project or retainer basis. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are agreed upon in writing before work begins.
2. Payment
A deposit of 60% is required before any work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final deliverables or site launch. International clients pay via Wise, Payoneer or Stripe. Nigerian clients pay via bank transfer or Flutterwave. All payments are non-refundable once work has begun, except where I fail to deliver the agreed scope.
3. Revisions
Each project includes two rounds of revisions on design and two rounds on development. Additional revisions beyond this are billed at an hourly rate, agreed upon in advance.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables. I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio unless you specifically request otherwise in writing before the project begins.
5. Timeline
I provide estimated timelines at the start of each project. Delays caused by late feedback, missing content or change requests from your side may extend the timeline. I will communicate any delays promptly.
6. Confidentiality
I keep all client information, business details and project materials confidential. I will not share or sell your data to third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
My liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. I am not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably before any legal proceedings.
